What is Valnemulin Hydrochloride ?
Valnemulin Hydrochloride is a broad spectrum antibiotic used to control gastrointestinal infections in animals, and shows no cross resistance to other antibiotic classes. Like all the pleuromutilins, valnemulin inhibits protein synthesis by binding to domain V of 23S RNA.

Valnemulin hydrochloride mechanism of action is to inhibit the synthesis of bacterial proteins at the
ribosome level, and to inhibit the synthesis of RNA at high concentrations. It is mainly antibacterial, but it is
also sterilized at high concentrations. The antibacterial spectrum is wide and effective for G + and
G-bacteria, and it is highly effective for molds and spirals, while it is less effective for intestinal bacteria
such as E. coli and Salmonella.
Application of Valnemulin Hydrochloride
1.Valnemulin hydrochloride can affect the metabolism of moxtin and salomycin plasma carrier antibiotics.
When combined, adverse reactions such as slow growth, motor disorders, and paralysis can occur.
2. It is antagonistic to antibiotics(lincomycin, erythromycin, telectin, etc.) that bind to bacterial ribosomal
