What is Clopidol ?
Chloro-hydroxypyridine, also known as dichlorodimethylpyridinol, clomiphene (clopidol). It is a white or similar white powder, very slightly soluble in methanol or ethanol, insoluble in water, acetone, ether, benzene, belongs to pyridine compounds, has a wide range of anti-coccidiosis, generally used in poultry, rabbit coccidiosis prevention and control.

Fuction And Application of Clopidol
It has good effects on nine Eimeria species of chicken, especially on Eimeria tender. The peak of its activity
is at the sporozoite stage (the first day of infection), so it can be administered before or at the same time as
infection, and is more suitable for prevention or early treatment. It has been proved that chloropyridine can
suppress the immunity of chickens to coccidiosis, and the premature withdrawal of the drug often leads to
coccidiosis outbreaks. At present, it is believed that coccidia are easy to develop resistance to this product.
This product also has a certain control effect on rabbit coccidia.
